Customer/Client Satisfaction

An indication of success is Customer/Client Satisfaction. As a Program/Project Manager Eddie Williams has ensured that not only management planning, but that S/FCM and quality assurance were implemented in all his projects. He has taken his success from the 20th century (systems/software/firmware) into the 21st century (with e-business/web development), reflected in two "excellent " client survey ratings:

2001 -Cabrini College's web enabled application assessment project and web site development project.

"…Project Manager Eddie Williams has surpassed our expectations…Cabrini College commends (the company) highly on the superior work that has resulted in Cabrini College's revised web site…The team…wrapped their arms around Cabrini College and guided our web site to a higher level... Eddie's extraordinary ability to "always deliver" is, at best, added -value to (the company's) reputation."

1989 - Statement from official "Kudos"

"The availability of a generic CMP (Configuration Management) and SCM (Software Configuration Management) procedures which can be tailored for specific new programs deserves a "well-done" for its resultant cost savings…."

1987 - As Technical Adviser "He (Eddie Williams) provided invaluable assistance to project personnel in keeping a rapidly changing and complex software package under control…. Our (customer) expressed complete satisfaction and belief that (the company) was prepared to handle Configuration Management"
